Teckels is governed by a board of Trustees who are Directors of both the Charity (Teckels Animal Sanctuaries) and the Subsidiary Company (Teckels Boarding Kennels Ltd). The Board meets monthly and is responsible for governance, strategic direction, risk management and income / expenditure to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the charity. The Board are also responsible to ensure that the charity’s activities support its core objectives.

Centre Manager:
Sarah Johnson
The on-site team is led by the Centre Manager, Sarah Johnson who is responsible for the day to day operation of cat and dog rescue, rehoming and the boarding business. Sarah also works closely with the Board on strategic planning and new developments.
Sarah is supported by a small team of Kennel and Cattery Assistants who are led by two Senior Assistants, as well as Reception, finance and Volunteer/Events staff.
