Shoebox Social – Paws, People & Presents

Tuesday 16th December, 6pm – 8pm

Fromebridge Mill, Fromebridge Lane, Whitminster, GL2 7PB

Join us for a heart-warming festive evening in support of the cats and dogs at Teckels. Our annual Shoebox Social is a chance for supporters, families and animal lovers to come together, enjoy some seasonal treats, and help give our animals a little extra love this Christmas.

Bring along a shoebox filled with gifts for our rescue cats or dogs. These can include treats, toys, blankets, enrichment items or anything that will make their stay at the sanctuary a bit brighter. Every box gifted goes directly to the animals in our care – many of whom will be spending Christmas with us while they wait for their forever homes.

We’ll be serving warming mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies, and there’ll be plenty of time to chat with the Teckels team, meet other supporters and learn more about the animals you are helping. Friendly dogs on leads and children are very welcome – it’s a relaxed, family-friendly gathering designed to spread kindness and festive cheer.

Whether you bring one box or several, your generosity makes a real difference. Thank you for helping us make Christmas special for the animals who need it most.
