My Personality:

Loves toys

Fabulous Freya is ready to find her new forever family. This beautiful girl is clever, loves her treats and toys and loves all of the fuss once she knows you. Freya loves being out for walks so would do well with a relatively active family who enjoy disappearing into the country side.

Freya has come to us with very little history so we are unsure as to whether she has lived in a home or not. Her new owners will need to prepare for her settling in process to take some time and understand she may require extra guidance with things like housetraining. Freya can settle in her kennel during the day so we feel she does have potential to be left on her own for a couple of hours but any time left on her own should be built up slowly.

Freya does seem to enjoy the company of her doggy friends and would like to live with another dog(s) depending on introductions at the centre. She does seem to gain some confidence about the world when she has a buddy so would prefer a confident friend to help show her the ropes in her new world. Freya can sometimes be a 'bit much' for smaller dogs so a medium - large friend would be great!

Freya can be a bit of a worrier when it comes to humans. She would prefer to live in a quieter home and would like all of her humans to be over the age of 14. Freya is very expressive with her body language when she is feeling worried so dog savvy children who are able to understand when she is scared would suit her best. Freya does love her treats and toys so training and playing is a great way to make friends!

We appreciate it is a little tricky to work out Freya's size - she currently weighs around 27kg (and is a smidge on the skinny side!).
